Shipping and Returns policy Information
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping items valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jones Baby & Company is not responsible for the safe and timely arrival of your goods nor do we guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Jones Baby & Company wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase, however, if you're not, we are here to help. Only items that have been directly purchased from Jones Baby & Company's primary online website can be returned to Jones Baby & Company. There are items that cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded such as:
Our policy lasts 10 calendar days since your product has arrived. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, the option for a refund or exchange is no longer valid. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags/labels attached to the romper. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail us for return instructions at before sending back your item. Once approved, you may choose to refund your purchase or exchange your purchase. *You must cover shipping for both options.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags/labels attached to the romper. Exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
